Human Resources Since its set up FADEL Company realized the importance of taking care of manpower, so the Company created the Human Resources Department (HR) as an important central Dept, the purpose of which is to attend to the human element; an object of FADEL Company in Lebanon. FADEL Company's HR believes that a well-trained national human power is the real fortune of the country ; the fortune that grows and get all other fortunes grow. In an early stage it started planning its employment and training programs in such a way to meet the future needs of its central management and its future projects. Based on the above mentioned, FADEL Company's HR opened its doors wide and launched some media programs inside Lebanon employing all traditional and non-traditional means to attract the national elements and to encourage them to get involved in the prepared training programs that aim to supplement national frameworks. Planning for manpower is not an easy task. It is a process depending on a planning system , selecting and defining the actual requirements of proper competent manpower to continue their proper training that qualifies them to proper jobs. Along with the fulfillment of the preliminary requirements, the industrial work necessitates setting continuous planning to follow up manpower conditions and to review requirements in the light of the different developments whether these pertain to manufacturing techniques and trends , results of expansion operations, promotions, or to the infiltration of employees which are uncommon cases yet taking them into consideration is essential. FADEL Company employ manpower from more than 5 nationalities, working in technical fields, which has had a distinguished effect on the execution of the tasks assigned to them. All of that resulted in the development of manpower in Fadel Company where the Company paid considerable attention to Human Recourses in an effort to raise and develop technical skills of manpower and the Lebanese manpower in particular. Therefore the number of Lebanese nationals in Fadel Company has multiplied by 2003. These changes reflect the nature of the role pursued by Human Recourses in the Company as constructor of the qualified manpower as it is the foundation for the comprehensive development trip. We believe that continuous learning is essential to enhance the individual's and the organization's efficiency. The training programs are geared to the needs of the individual and the job each employee is assigned to.
